Itineraries and feedback are posted by travelers. If something here copies your work, tell us and we’ll act fast.
Sending a takedown notice
Email reviewmyitinerary@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- The work you believe was copied (a link or description).
- The link to the itinerary or comment on ReviewMyItinerary that uses it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- This statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.”
- This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright.”
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
What happens next
We remove or disable the content and let the person who posted it know. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send us a counter-notice with the same contact details.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly post work they don’t have the right to share.
